The Freedom Scarf is a human rights project founded by me, Nina Amjadi with a mission to build a global community that stands in solidarity with the brave people of Iran.

I came to Sweden from Sine, Kurdistan, Iran at the age of three with my family. The only reason I’m safe, and my cousins are not, is circumstantial. But, every woman deserves to be safe. Every woman deserves to be free.

We must amplify their voices. We must stand with them because without our support, they are left with nothing but hope.
